Yesterday and today I’m getting back to my new “chemo normal” – not fatigued from walking up and down the stair, but not ready to run a mile or two!
On Monday, I went to the dentist to pick-up my “fluoride trays” that will hopefully help me keep my teeth healthy. They are fitted for my teeth and I have prescription strength fluoride toothpaste to place in the trays. I “wore” them while I slept and I hardly noticed. Hopefully my mouth will not get to sour after the radiation treatments start and I will be able to continue using them.
Still able to work full-time. Today, I was on a marathon conference call for about 8 hours since I could not travel to San Francisco to attend the meeting in person. The meeting continues on Wednesday.
That’s all for today. Things are looking up!
Even I couldn’t hang in there for an all day conference call. I don’t know anyone who could, except for you! They are lucky to have you!
